These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eossupport.io, including all pages, content, validator information, support resources, analytics, wallet-connected features, staking and voting tools, and related services made available through the website.

The website is operated by RORO Technology LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as EOS Support (“EOS Support,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the website, connecting a wallet, submitting a support request, using staking or voting functionality, voting for EOS Support, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

1. About EOS Support

EOS Support provides community support, educational resources, ecosystem guidance, validator information, staking and voting guidance, wallet-related assistance, developer support, and block producer / validator-related services for Vaulta, formerly known as the EOS Network.

EOS Support may operate, support, promote, or seek votes for its own block producer or validator activities. EOS Support may receive network rewards, reputation, ranking benefits, visibility, or other direct or indirect benefits if users vote for or otherwise support EOS Support.

2. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

All content on the website is provided for general informational, educational, technical, governance, and support purposes only.

Nothing on the website is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, unstake, delegate, vote, transfer, or otherwise transact with any token or digital asset.

You are solely responsible for evaluating all risks before interacting with any blockchain, wallet, token, staking mechanism, voting process, validator, block producer, smart contract, or third-party service.

3. Blockchain, Staking, and Voting Risks

Blockchain activity involves significant risk. By using the website or any wallet-connected functionality, you understand and agree that:

  • blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
  • wallet signatures may authorize transactions or account actions;
  • staking, unstaking, voting, delegation, reward claims, governance actions, and other blockchain interactions may be subject to network rules, delays, lockups, bugs, congestion, technical failures, governance changes, or other risks;
  • displayed staking, validator, uptime, reward, account, vote, or network data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, illustrative, or unavailable;
  • digital assets may lose value or become inaccessible;
  • user error, wallet compromise, phishing, malicious browser extensions, device compromise, RPC failures, software bugs, or third-party service failures may result in loss;
  • EOS Support cannot reverse, cancel, modify, or guarantee the outcome of blockchain transactions once submitted.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all wallet prompts, transaction details, account names, permissions, amounts, voting selections, staking actions, and network information before approving any action.

4. Wallet Connection and Non-Custodial Use

The website may allow you to connect a Vaulta-compatible wallet or other supported blockchain wallet. Wallet connection is provided only to enable user-directed interactions such as voting, staking, viewing account-related information, submitting blockchain transactions, or accessing related support features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • EOS Support does not custody your tokens;
  • EOS Support does not control your wallet;
  • EOS Support does not hold or manage your assets;
  • EOS Support does not request, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or signing credentials;
  • EOS Support cannot recover lost wallets, lost private keys, lost seed phrases, stolen assets, mistaken transactions, or incorrectly authorized signatures;
  • all wallet approvals and transaction signatures are initiated and authorized by you through your wallet provider.

Never share your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, or signing credentials with EOS Support or anyone claiming to represent EOS Support.

5. Block Producer and Validator Disclosure

EOS Support is a block producer / validator participant or candidate and may promote voting, staking, governance participation, or support for EOS Support.

By voting for EOS Support or using website features that help you vote for or support EOS Support, you acknowledge that EOS Support may receive direct or indirect benefits, including network rewards, increased ranking, reputation, visibility, or ecosystem influence.

Any materials encouraging users to vote for EOS Support are promotional and informational in nature. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to vote for EOS Support or any other block producer, validator, delegate, proxy, or governance participant.

6. Third-Party Wallets, Networks, Tools, and Services

The website may rely on, link to, integrate with, or display information from third-party services, including wallets, wallet-connect tools, blockchain nodes, RPC providers, APIs, block explorers, analytics tools, hosting providers, communication tools, email providers, support tools, and external ecosystem websites.

EOS Support does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, legality, privacy practices, transaction handling, fees, software, smart contracts, or performance.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and risk disclosures. You should review those documents before using them.

7. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain networks are public or semi-public systems. When you interact with Vaulta or any other blockchain network, information such as account names, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, voting activity, staking activity, token balances, timestamps, smart contract interactions, and related metadata may be publicly visible and permanently recorded on-chain.

EOS Support does not control public blockchain records and generally cannot delete, edit, hide, or reverse blockchain data.

8. Website Content, Metrics, and Analytics

The website may display validator metrics, uptime information, network status, block data, staking information, voting information, ecosystem analytics, educational content, support guidance, or other information.

This information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be delayed, illustrative, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to change.

You should not rely solely on website analytics or displayed metrics when making staking, voting, governance, technical, financial, or operational decisions. You should independently verify important information through official network resources, your wallet provider, block explorers, or other trusted sources.

9. Support and Community Guidance

EOS Support may provide educational assistance, wallet guidance, staking guidance, voting guidance, developer support, ecosystem navigation, and community support.

Support is informational only. EOS Support does not guarantee that any support response will resolve your issue, prevent loss, restore access, recover assets, correct third-party errors, or produce any specific blockchain result.

You remain responsible for your own wallet, account, credentials, device, browser, transactions, security practices, and decisions.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • use the website only for lawful purposes;
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • provide accurate information when contacting EOS Support;
  • maintain the security of your wallet, device, browser, credentials, and accounts;
  • independently verify all transaction details before signing;
  • not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, exploit, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, compromise, or misuse the website;
  • not use the website to transmit malware, phishing content, spam, fraudulent requests, or unlawful material;
  • not impersonate another person or entity;
  • not misrepresent your relationship with EOS Support;
  • not use the website in a way that violates sanctions, export-control rules, or other legal restrictions.

11. Sanctions and Restricted Use

You may not use the website or services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of any jurisdiction, person, or entity subject to sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions that prohibit your use of the website or related services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the website, wallet functionality, staking, voting, and blockchain activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, designs, software, code, images, educational content, and other materials, is owned by EOS Support, RORO Technology LLC, or their licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the website for personal, informational, and lawful purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from website content except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos, networks, wallet names, and marks belong to their respective owners.

13. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, comments, or other feedback to EOS Support, you grant EOS Support a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback without obligation to compensate you.

14. No Warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Support disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free functionality.

EOS Support does not warrant that:

  • the website will always be available;
  • wallet connections will work without error;
  • blockchain data will be accurate or current;
  • transactions will be confirmed;
  • staking, voting, or governance actions will produce any reward or result;
  • third-party services will remain available or secure;
  • the website will be free from bugs, attacks, malware, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Support, RORO Technology LLC, and their officers, managers, members, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of tokens, loss of staking rewards, failed transactions, wallet compromise, governance outcomes, network failures, downtime, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Support’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid directly to EOS Support for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose; or
  • USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EOS Support, RORO Technology LLC, and their officers, managers, members, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • your use of the website or services;
  • your wallet activity, staking, voting, or blockchain transactions;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your infringement or misuse of third-party rights;
  • your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or security failures.

17. Changes to the Website or Services

EOS Support may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the website or services at any time, with or without notice.

EOS Support is not liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, downtime, unavailability, data delay, or feature removal.

18. Changes to These Terms

EOS Support may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You and EOS Support waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices or terms posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and EOS Support regarding your use of the website and services.
